First Aid at Work (3 days)

First Aid trained staff and First Aid equipment in the workplace is a requirement of Health & Safety legislation.

First Aiders are the first port of call for minor injuries and illnesses as well as providing essential emergency care in a more serious situation.

First Aid at Work Requalifier (2 days)

Over time, skills can deteriorate and the HSE require that all First Aiders refresh their skills and knowledge within 3 years in order to keep their qualification.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)

First Aid trained staff and First Aid equipment in the workplace are requirements of Health & Safety legislation.

Emergency First Aiders are the first port of call for minor injuries and illnesses as well as providing essential emergency care in a more serious situation.

AED (Defibrillator) (half day)

Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are now more common throughout the workplace as well as in public locations. In addition to the First Aider's CPR skill, competence using an AED will significantly increase the casualty's chances of recovery.

AED Refresher (Defibrillator) (2 hours)

To keep up to date with skills and knowledge it is recommended First Aiders refresh their AED skills every year.
